  • Must at least possessed university degree certification in any discipline
  • Have at least 1 year of working experience in similar position
  • Maintain employee records including contracts and work permits
  • Good understanding on industrial policy and regulation
  • Understand Health Insurance (BPJS) and Manpower regulations
  • Conduct first day orientation for new hires, maintain accurate and update personnel record
  • Responsible for screening, interviewing and recruiting staff
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English
  • (Both Verbal & Written)
  • Must know how to operate computer (Microsoft office )
  • Have car driving licensed (SIM A)
